Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Tri-State Emergency Team!

The prerequisites for becoming a member are the following:

MUST be 18 years old or older

MUST have a vaild drivers license

MUST have your own transportation

On this membership application, fill it out completely and attach it to an email to the Team's Membership Committee. Once it's received and reviewed by the Membership Committee, one of them will contact you.
